They're this busy every evening, said the gals from the nearby Nokia store, until they run out of chicken.
The Nokia gals, who also helped me get a seat and place an order, explained that this stall is run by a husband and wife, who make a very good rendition of one basic dish, with slight variations. It might be the national version of Hainanese chicken rice — accompanied by cucumber, hot sauce, and (not shown) a bowl of herbal chicken soup — but the Nokia gals could only tell me a name in Thai, which I didn't quite catch.
