"Dancing goat" is the customary description, but whether you're rounding up the flock or just rambling through town, "flying" is right on the mark when you consider that the coffee drink called a goat herder (large; $3) is stiffened by a double shot of espresso. Also: a snickerdoodle ($1).
This location of Flying Goat Coffee sits in the former Western Hotel, on Santa Rosa's Railroad Square, also the site of Uncle Charlie's arrival in Shadow of a Doubt (about six minutes into the clip) and, ultimately, his departure.
