For all the times I've enjoyed it in Singapore and Malaysia, I don't have a good photo of someone preparing teh tarik (Tay ta-Reek), milk tea that is "pulled" — poured from a height, with arms spread wide — to froth it manually. Out front of the Blue Front Café, that's not teh tarik, and that's definitely not the traditional, modest tea maker's garb, but you get the idea.
