A pale one, this, but then, it's no lobster.
The same light touch that Luke's gives to the namesake crustacean — a little mayo, a little butter, a sprinkle of seasoning — it also accords to Jonah crab (large roll; $9). Their meat is milder than lobster (some say sweeter, too), and since Jonahs are often caught as lobster bycatch, less costly. At Luke's, for the price of two lobster rolls you can score three of the crab, though one of each might be an even tastier proposition.
