Between the translucent inner wrap and the sandwich itself — that's one of the few places I'm happy to see seepage.
My roast beef with gravy was drippingly juicy, and sliced presentably thin. I ordered it on a roll; you can also ask for a hero or, as with all the sandwiches here, a bagel. (If you order your roast beef with gravy on a bagel, please write and tell me why.) But for $6.25 plus tax, the BMI (beef mass index) is a tad low. I prescribe one more slice now, and another one if that still doesn't look like enough.
For dessert, Best Bagel serves cupcakes and cookies — rugelach, too, in chocolate or raspberry, at a dollar a pop — but I scored an even less expensive sweet across the street.
