The chacarero completo above and the Barros Luco Italiano below ($7.49 each) are the keystone combo of this Chilean restaurant. Either may feature sliced steak or marinated chicken, and add tomato, mayo, avocado, and melted cheese; recognize the chacarero by its green beans and the sting of aji verde. (The basic Barros Luco and chacarero delete some ingredients; a "grande" option, for dine-in only, doubles the contents.) They may look like heaps of individual ingredients, but the housemade bread — choose white or wheat — rounds them into satisfying wholes. That's teamwork.
