This griddled-to-order crepe was dressed simply with butter, sugar, and a drizzle of lemon juice ($6). The center proved thicker and spongier than the crisp edges, but juice still seeped into the cardboard cone. No matter: It pooled at the bottom, and I downed it as a chaser.
