It's the bomb.
As in bombica (bom-Beet-sah; 75 cents), the avowed favorite of two regular customers who guided my choice at this Albanian-owned shop. (The counterwoman was partial to them, too.) Beneath the veil of shredded coconut is a chocolate spheroid that's firmer than a truffle but creamier than fudge. Though bombicas as big as your fist have been sighted at some Balkan restaurants, this size is more typical, and more manageable. You might even manage two.
