Fresh soy milk has a flavor that's attractively beany, sometimes almost nutty. This cup (with less ice, S$1.50) also sports strips of chin chow, greenish black "grass jelly" made from an herb enlisted, in East Asia, for its cooling properties. More to come on chin chow, in iced-dessert form.
