(This venue is closed.) The cauliflower was a surprise.
Though just a few of the namesake shellfish in "razor with egg over rice" ($4.95) can be seen poking out one side, a respectable number were buried within. Much of the bulk of this Fujianese dish, however, was accounted for by cauliflower, which might have irked me if the egg hadn't been worked so thoroughly into the florets. The portion of rice was just large enough to absorb the last of the delicious fry oils.
