Since 2006, Midtown Lunch has been a guide to quick, interesting eats in the heart of Manhattan (and, lately, Philly and L.A.); this birthday party rounded up many faves in compact form. Posed, above and below, in suitably street-legal settings: an Arnold Palmer slush with mint, and ginger with raspberry, from Kelvin Natural Slush; a banana honey cone from Miss Softee; a "baby buck slider' from Tri-Tip Grill; lobster sausage on a roll, with potato salad, from Cer Te; a beef and pork belly banh mi from Ma Peche; and a "compost cookie" from Momofuku Milk Bar.
