The Vietnamese-Chinese-English wall menu styles this dish "banh bot chien cu cai" but helpfully notes that the featured ingredient is fried daikon — also the star of Singaporean "carrot cake." This very eggy version ($5) may be typically Vietnamese-Chinese or simply a quiddity of Ba-Le; I can't say.
