Best-case response: mixed claypot rice (small, S$5, about US$3.75 at the time), sporting a little sausage, a very little salted fish, and a lot of chicken. It arrived already laced with a light soy sauce and a mix of "vegetable and pork oils," my server called them; what seemed to be a darker, thicker soy sauce was layered underneath. Shown at bottom: the crispy bits.
