This food truck's basic big-ass sandwich features roast beef (or turkey, or, yes, ham) with hand-cut fries, onions grilled beside the meat, and bechamel sauce.
My street-fair portion was one part of two. Perhaps the gal at the truck window was indulging me, but when I suggested a name for this serving size, she claimed never to have heard of half-ass ($4). Also shown: a rare breezy moment at the grill out back.
