In many accounts it's very similar to an Irish breakfast. At Eileen's, the latter (which I haven't tried) incorporates Irish bacon, sausage, black and white puddings, grilled tomato, and a basket that features soda bread and brown bread; the Ulster fry ($10.50) upsizes that meal with mushrooms, onions, beans, and potato bread. The seats at Eileen's are comfortable, do note, but not enough for a postprandial nap.
