Despite the throwback logo, the "frank philosophy," and the similarity of the menu, even to the availability of a poppy-seed bun, this Dogma Grill is under different ownership than the now-shuttered Miami mini-chain of the same name.
One partner in this new enterprise is also the owner of nearby Andiamo, as well as other businesses with a preservationist bent. This building had been home to a produce market, said the counterwoman, pointing out an illustrated likeness of Marion's Bonded Fruit Shippers glowing in oversaturated hues.
Also old-timey: an all-beef dog ($3.75) with grilled onions and brown mustard.
