The eponymous Iguazu Falls attract sightseers to northern Argentina, on its border with Brazil and not far from Paraguay. At this snug new Lower East Side cafe, the sights are largely confined to a steam table ($5.50 per pound) set out by the Colombian chef — though purple Peruvian potatoes with sauteed peppers, and spicy shrimp with mixed vegetables, don't lack for color. A rotisserie of grilled meats will spin into action soon.
