Name This Restaurant

There's no connection with old New Orleans, said the fellow at the cash register, except that the wallpaper charmed the owners some 50 years ago. (The restaurant itself is twice that age.) Folks who follow me on Foursquare already know where I was lunching; can anyone else name this restaurant? (Please post your answer online, in the comments.)
