(This venue is closed.) Heavy on the sauce, steaming hot: a Polish-style pepper plumped with beef and rice. Compare the more slender, twinned Bosnian punjene paprike at Cevabdzinica Sarajevo, still my local standard-bearer for stuffed peppers.
