The flavors still hit the mark, but even before comparing this summer's fully dressed oyster po' boy (above) with the same order from a decade ago (below), I saw that the sandwich was smaller, the shellfish fewer. The price, to be fair, didn't seem to have budged. For a fitting surcharge, how about a po' boy with double oysters?
