My knife slice almost sealed itself. Biko langka — a sticky rice cake sweetened with brown sugar, bejeweled with jackfruit, and scented with star anise — was very sticky indeed. Mine is already long gone. A portion of that large round cassava cake, which I hadn't wanted to tote along at the time, would be nice right about now.
