For this "dry" version of Singaporean laksa, coconutty curry is concentrated in what's more gravy than soup. Even when not dredged down deep, the shrimp were particularly good. As for the noodles, surviving signage at the former Joseph Loth & Co. Silk Ribbon Mill, a short walk to the south, seemed à propos.
